Old Dogs is a reference to a 2 CD set by Waylon Jennings, Bobby Bare, Mel Tillis, and others. If you've heard the CD you'll get the connection to a group of people in their mid fifties to early sixties who are having a great time running around the mid west with older Corvettes, not living out their second childhood, but rather hanging on for dear life to their first. The photo to the right is my ride. It's a pretty much stock '85. The only real mods are an open air lid, airfoil, and the obvious 17" TTII wheels and Dunlop 5000 tires.

The dark red metallic '86 is out of Henderson KY. Crager wheels and enough under the hood that if you have a stock LT1, this is one L98 you don't want to mess with.

The silver '87 pictured here calls Martinsville, IN home. This is a low mile, dead stock example that is just for pure fun.

Well, thanks for checking out the page. If you hadn't guessed, this is my first attempt at building one of these things. Thanks to the Forum for giving me the incentive to learn something new. Now I can close my Photopoint account. If you visit again, you will find periodic updates in the form of new pictures. Have a great day and remember to "SAVE THE WAVE".
